We hope that having studied our website you feel that we have plenty to offer you. Upon joining PalletLink you will be issued with your unique password and be able to freely download all our PDF, Excel and Word Datasheets on the site for your personal or Company use. Our aim is to help you with the technical side of your business and save you the time of researching answers to your packaging standards, loading or environmental problems.
Benefits
PalletLink subscription includes: access to ‘members only’ datasheets (these are all titles in blue at the foot of website pages) with unlimited downloads, telephone queries or e-mail requests. You receive a Newsletter mailed 3 times a year (also downloadable) free nail strength testing and timber specimen analysis in our laboratory. These services are available to all your company staff. We also provide confidential consultancy at your or your customers site, in-house testing at High Wycombe and product development at reduced rates. Joining PalletLink
We simply require a signed application form from new members (you can download Form 1 here) which you can post, scan, e-mail or fax to us.
New members
Upon receipt of your application form we will send an invoice and upon receipt of payment we will issue you with your unique password and membership certificate. If you need urgent help or downloads you can pay by credit card (download Form 2 here) and fax to +44 (0)1494 558383). Overseas members may pay with Sterling cheque, bankers draft, international funds transfer or credit card. For EU Companies joining - please add your VAT number with Country prefix.
Password
On joining PalletLink, members will then receive their unique website password that may be used by anyone within their Company. Under the terms of use this password must not be made known outside your Company.
Existing PalletLink, TIMCON or NAPD members who have mislaid their Password should contact us by e-mail and we will send to your registered address by return e-mail.
Charges
PalletLink subscription charges are highly competitive because we don't have to buy-in outside technical help; we have it 'in-house'. Subscription rate for packaging manufacturers is linked to turnover and we charge from the month you join for a 12 month period. There is no selection procedure for members and no joining fee. Packaging users and suppliers to the industry (eg. nail suppliers) join as Associate Members. Your subscription lasts a full 12 months from the 1st day of the month you join. Our 2010 charges are:-
£380pa* - turnover less than £1¼M
£661pa - turnover between £1¼ and £3M
£943pa – turnover between £3M and £5M
£1225pa – turnover between £5M and £8M
£1507pa – turnover between £8M and 20M
£1788pa - turnover above £20M
Associate Members - £661pa (users, specifiers and suppliers to the industry)
*VAT at the current rate of 17.5% applies to all UK subscriptions.
Renewal of membership
Members will be invoiced the month before their renewal subscription is due on 30-day credit terms. Members renewing promptly will have uninterrupted website access through an unchanged password. No period of notice is required and if you do not wish to renew membership, simply return the invoice.
